But then as long as you have the right cooking recipes at your disposal, it will take you no time to prepare something scrumptious. When you need nothing but a simple and happy meals, these quick and easy dinner recipes will do the magic.

So in this post, I will share four excellent time and taste saving recipes with you. So whether you are a novice or a hermit of the home kitchen, these meals make for simple-to-stalk and stun.

1. Lemon Zest Garlic Butter Shrimp

Garlic butter and shrimp — it is the holy union of excellence. This dish is fancy, not much (if any) TBD time, and makes a nice elegant weeknight dinner when all you want to do is writhe your hungriness into some deliciously perfect plating.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • In a large skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of butter on medium heat.
  • Throw in some garlic and sauté until fragrant.

If you need a clean plant-based, but tasty dinner option and keep you full at the same time this quick & easy Dinner is just right for here! Pair tofu and a rainbow of mixed vegetables for a complete, ready in no time meal that is simple to pull together.

Ingredients:

  • 1 block firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions:

  • In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil.
  • optional tofu, cubed and stir fried til golden brown on all sides Remove and set aside.
  • Heat some more oil and sauté garlic and ginger in the same pan until fragrant.
  • Add vegetables and stir fry until crispy.
  • Return tofu and soy sauce to the pan, and cook for another 2 minutes.

Serve over rice or noodles.

Stir-fries are great because you can use any vegetables in your kitchen. They are nutritious, and delicious, and 20 minutes is all you need!

3. Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

This protecting Italian dish is that the relief once you ar running out of your time and ingredients. Aglio e Olio means Olive oil and garlic based pasta is very simple to make using pantry staples but have a burst of flavor. This is also one of the easiest and fastest cooking recipes that everyone must know.

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 large cloves of garlic, sliced into thin circuits.
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Following the directions on the package, cook spaghetti. Save 1/2 cup pasta water.
  • Heat olive oil, in a large skillet, over medium heat. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and red pepper flakes until golden.
  • Add the noodles and some pasta water. Combine thoroughly to coat the noodles evenly.
  • Season with parsley, salt, and pepper. Enjoy with a pinch of parmesan if you like.

This recipe only takes about 20 minutes from start to finish, and it definitely tastes far more complicated than that!

4. One-Pot Sausage and Rice

This one-pot dish of sausages and rice is the perfect fix for a no-fuss, satisfying supper. No if you think about it this is a meal of pick three protein carbs veggies all in one.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes

Instructions:

  • Reduce flame to low, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
  • Mix in sausage, cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
